The Vermont State Society of Washington, DC is getting reorganized after a long New England nap. If you are from Vermont or went to school there, you should contact two of the organizers and let them know you want to help or become a member. Chris Canning grew up in Warren, Burlington and South Burlington, Vermont  He graduated from South Burlington High School in 2002 and spent two years at UVM before moving to Washington, DC to work in politics in 2005.  Chris' family still resides in South Burlington where his mother is an administrator in the school district and his father works in the hospitality industry.

Tracey Kate "TK" Cenis was born in Burlington and raised in Shelburne, Vermont. She graduated from Champlain Valley Union High School in 1998. She attended Hobart and William Smith Colleges in upstate New York and returned to Vermont after graduation in 2002. Her family is originally from Monkton and now resides in Middlebury, Vergennes, Shelburne and South Burlington. TK moved to Washington, DC over three years ago to work in politics.
