Members of the Mississippi State Society of Washington, DC will attend Mississippi Day at the National Cathedral this coming Sunday, May 21st. Please CLICK HERE for more information. All Mississippians in the national capital region are invited to attend the worship service on Sunday, May 21 at 11:15 am. The service will be web cast live from the Cathedral. The Alabama and Mississippi State Societies of Washington, DC will jointly host Tailgate of the South on Thursday, Oct. 25th for members and guests. on Saturday, June 23, 2007 from 3 pm to 7 pm. Enjoy music by the Wil Gravatt Band and the good company of fellow Mississippians with catfish, hushpuppies, coleslaw, soft drinks, beer, watermelon, and games for children. Come to the Old Folk Life Festival Site at 14th and Constitution
